I only had to add the lino I forgot the last session, so I mixed up a dark brown and added it to the space I left for it. I didn’t heat press the napkins again after adding this lino for a few reasons; I didn’t know how the beetroot juice would react with the cabbage dye under heat, I didn’t want the colour of the napkins to change again, and the cabbage dye can burn so I used an iron to apply less heat to a specific area to minimise any colour change or burning and set the row of lino I had added. As you can see, the cabbage dye has started to burn, but it is less than it would have been if I used the heat press.
